Store Policies
Returns We want everyone to enjoy their purchase. If you are not completely satisfied you may return your purchase within 30 days of purchase for a refund. The item(s) must be returned in the same saleable condition as it was received. Refunds will not be issued for damaged items except as described below in our Defective Items Policy. Shipping costs are not refundable and the customer is responsible for the costs of return shipment. Defective Items Policy All of our items are handmade and inspected carefully before shipping. If you should receive a defective or damaged item or if we have shipped the wrong item we will include the shipping charges in your refund. To receive the refund, including shipping charges, you must notify us of the defective item via email or phone within 3 days of receipt of the item. Refunds will be applied to the same credit card used for the original purchase ONLY. We suggest you insure and track your returned item. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
