Return Policy

RETURNS, CANCELATIONS, AND EXCHANGES

Standard Orders

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are available for non-limited release and non-pre-order items.

To initiate a return, exchange, or refund request, please contact us through our Contact Page for further instructions.

Orders may be canceled and refunded if they have not yet been processed or if a shipping confirmation has not been issued. This does not apply to pre-orders or limited-release items. Please contact us within 24 hours of your purchase to request a cancellation.

Returns requested 30 days past the shipping date are eligible for store credit only.

Items must be returned in unused, unaltered condition and in original packaging. If an item is returned damaged, altered, used, or materially different from its original condition, Pamela Papas Pottery reserves the right to deny the return or refund.

Pamela Papas Pottery does not provide return shipping labels, and you are responsible for return shipping costs. If a refund is issued, original shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

Pre-Orders / Made-to-Order Items

Made-to-order items may be canceled within 7 business days of purchase.

After that period, orders are considered in production and are no longer eligible for cancellation or refund.

Returns for made-to-order items are accepted for store credit only, provided the item is unused, unaltered, and returned in its original packaging.

Return Process and Conditions

  • Returns are processed within 5–7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.

  • All returns must include a packing slip or return confirmation that clearly indicates which items are being returned. If not included, processing may be delayed.

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

  • We are not liable for any return packages that are lost or stolen in transit. Please retain your proof of postage and/or return tracking number.

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns

We reserve the right to define and limit, refuse, or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive return history that suggests misuse

  • Returned items that appear used, damaged, or altered

  • Suspicion of potential fraud or abuse.

We also reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or entity under similar circumstances.
