Shipping Policy

SHIPPING AND NOTIFICATIONS

Order Accuracy

We take care to ensure that your order arrives safely and in a timely manner. Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, including all relevant details (such as apartment or unit numbers). Pamela Papas Pottery is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided at the time of purchase.

Order Processing Time

  • Ready to Ship Items: Typically ship within 1–3 business days.

  • Made to Order (Pre-Sale) Items: Created and shipped within 6–10 weeks. Estimated timeframes are noted on the product pages.

 

If an order includes both Ready to Ship and Made to Order items, the order will ship once all items are available. If you prefer separate shipments, please place separate orders.

Shipping Timeframes & Carriers

  • Once shipped, orders generally arrive within 1–12 business days depending on your selected shipping method and location.

  • All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS. Alternate carriers may be used at our discretion to ensure safe and timely delivery.

  • A shipment confirmation and tracking number will be emailed once your order has been processed and handed off to the carrier.

Delays & Exceptions

  • In rare cases, such as high order volume or severe weather conditions, shipping delays may occur. If so, we’ll notify you by email.

  • Pamela Papas Pottery is not responsible for any packages that are lost or damaged during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.

Shipping

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If a shipment is refused or returned to sender, the original shipping cost will be deducted from any applicable refund or credit.

  • If your package is marked as “Delivered” but you did not receive it, contact us within 14 days of the delivery date. We’ll review each situation on a case-by-case basis. Store credit or reshipments may be offered at our discretion.

  • Reshipments are not guaranteed for made-to-order items due to their one-of-a-kind nature.
